A temporary place to explore

Actual software, sample content

New workspaces run Newsletter Platform 0.1.0-beta.11 in WordPress. Free runs the Free plugin; Pro runs the matching Free and Pro pair. The editor, library and supported local workflows are the actual plugin. The demo adds a temporary workspace, edition switching and restart controls. Already open workspaces keep their installed version until they expire.

The publication, contacts, posts and other seeded records are fictional. Any figures describe sample data, not customer activity. You can edit and save in your own workspace, but demo changes do not transfer to your website or a purchase.

What you can try

Edit and save campaigns, preview emails, explore designs, inspect the sample audience and rehearse eligibility. Free includes one welcome email. Pro adds its design library, saved audiences, multi-email journeys, subject-test setup and digest drafts.

Sending is disabled, including tests, confirmations and scheduled delivery. Live automation, outbound provider connections and external requests do not run. A saved draft or rehearsal is not a sent email. Reports do not demonstrate inbox placement, clicks or revenue.

CSV import, WordPress administration, plugin installation, account changes and provider credentials are unavailable. Forms can be inspected, but the public demo does not collect real subscribers. Use only supplied sample data; do not upload your own mailing list. Some setup controls remain visible so you can understand the plugin, but restricted actions explain the demo limit.

Your workspace and cookies

An essential secure browser cookie connects you to your own demos. WordPress uses separate login and interface-preference cookies for each workspace. No marketing signup is created. The temporary WordPress database stores your sample changes. The demo gateway records random identifiers, edition, start and expiry times and status.

To limit abuse, the gateway keeps keyed hashes of your browser identifier and network address. These are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Each browser can keep one workspace per edition. The service has four workspaces in total and allows up to eight starts per browser or network each hour. If it is full, you can check availability or explore the product pages while you wait.

Expiry, restart and deletion

A workspace lasts 30 minutes. Access stops at expiry, then a cleanup worker deletes the temporary site. Restart replaces that edition’s workspace with fresh sample content. You can also end a demo from Your demos.

Hourly abuse-limit records are removed after one hour. Session records are removed within 24 hours of creation once cleanup is complete. The gateway cookie expires after 24 hours. WordPress cookies may remain longer, but cannot reopen an expired workspace. Operational failure logs may be kept for troubleshooting.

Operator and hosting

The demo is operated by the same operator as Newsletter Platform on its VPS. Cloudflare provides website delivery and security. The Newsletter Platform privacy policy has operator and contact details.
